General Information on Law on Personal Data
The Law No. 6698 on Protection of Personal Data (hereinafter referred to be as KVKK) has been adopted on March 24, 2016 and published on the Official Gazette numbered 29677 and dated April 7, 2016. Some provisions of PDPL have been put into force on the publication date whereas the remaining provisions on October 7, 2016.

Aysira Tekstil attaches importance to the security of your personal data. As a company established in accordance with the constitution and laws of the Republic of Turkey, we, as the “Data Controller” in a manner defined in PDPL, want to clarify you, as our valued customers, on how we collect, process and on the processing purpose of personal data within the framework of the regulations introduced by the Law No. 6698 on Protection of Personal Data.
The personal data which you, our valued customers, have shared with our company can be processed in the company’s records as stipulated by PDPL, limited to the company’s activities and service areas, and can be transferred to the persons at home and abroad, who are connected with our company, and be retained and used for profiling and be classified.
Collection, Processing and Processing Purposes of Personal Data
In accordance with PDPL No. 6698, your personal data you have shared with Aysira Tekstil may be processed by us by being obtained, recorded, stored, modified, reorganized and being, in short, subject to any transactions carried out on the data, wholly or partially, with non-automated means, provided that it is part of any data recording system. Any procedure carried out on the data under PDPL is considered as “processing of personal data”.
Your personal data collected from www.aysira.com can be processed for the purposes of providing product and services, contacting with you for the product and services you bought/will buy, offering product/service proposal and using in other marketing activities, and for new product studies, etc.
To Whom and for What Purpose the Personal Data Can Be Transferred
Provided to be in accordance with the fundamental principles provided by PDPL and to be within the conditions and purposes of processing the personal data specified in articles 8 and 9 of PDPL, your personal data collected by our company can be transferred to our business partners, business connections, sub-contractors at home and abroad in line with the SERVICE PURPOSE WE OFFER or to the supervisory and regulatory official institutions regulated by Law or mandated by Laws within the framework of the legislation.
Method and Legal Reason of Personal Data Collection
The persons/organizations to whom your personal data you have shared with Aysira Tekstil can be transferred are our direct or indirect, domestic/foreign subsidiaries, the program partner entities with whom we have cooperation, domestic/foreign entities and other 3rd persons in line with the above-mentioned purposes.
The Rights of the Owner of Personal Data as per article 11 of PDPL
Within this scope, the owners of personal data have the right;
to learn whether the personal data is processed,
to request information regarding the processing of their personal data,
to learn the purpose of processing the personal data and whether they are used in accordance with its purpose,
to know the third persons to whom the personal data is transferred at home and abroad,
to request for correcting the personal data in case they are processed incompletely or inaccurately and request the third persons, to whom the personal data is transferred, to be informed about the procedure made accordingly,
to request the personal data to be deleted or destroyed in case the reasons required for the processing are removed despite the fact that they are processed in accordance with the PDPL (the Law) and the provisions of other relevant law and to request the third persons being informed about the procedures made accordingly,
to object to any consequences against the person by analyses of the processed data exclusively through automatic systems,
to request for compensation of the loss arising in case of being exposed to any loss due to processing of the personal data against the PDPL (the Law).
As per paragraph 1 of article 13 of PDPL, you can submit your request with regard to exercise of your above-mentioned rights to our Company in writing or via other methods provided by the Personal Data Protection Board (by means of registered electronic mail/”REM”, secure electronic signature, mobile signature or by using the electronic mail address which has been notified to our Company by the person concerned and which is registered with the data controller’s system or through a software or application that is developed for application purpose).
When you desire to use your above-mentioned rights, you may submit your request to us in writing or by other methods determined by the Personal Data Protection Board.

Storing and Protection of Personal Data
They will be stored in confidentiality in the database and systems of Aysira Tekstil in accordance with article 12 of PDPL and will not be shared with third persons other than legal obligations and the regulations specified in this document.
